At this interactive Municipal Board Empowerment Workshop, participants will be introduced to the NH Coastal Viewer, a web-based mapping tool that provides access to data about NH’s coastal resources, hazards, and resilient landscapes. The workshop will include a series of hands-on exercises to familiarize participants with the Viewer’s data and tools. By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to access the Viewer, explore data relevant to coastal land conservation, and make simple maps focused on conservation priorities in their communities, including conservation for drinking water source protection, flood mitigation, and nutrient filtration.
*Space is limited so please register as soon as possible.
**Please bring your own laptop if possible. There will be 4-5 computers available for those who do not have one. We recommend using the Chrome browser loaded on your laptop. Other browsers are useable, but may not provide optimum performance.
