The City of Dover developed a climate adaptation master plan chapter with a Steering Committee of citizens and board members, with support from City planning department staff, Strafford Regional Planning Commission, UNH Cooperative Extension, and NH Sea Grant. Public input on the chapter was provided by 28 participants in a workshop during October 2017, as well as 155 respondents to an online survey. The Chapter was adopted by the City in early 2018 and won the NHPA plan of the year award.
